Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics (SGPPL) designs and manu-
factures the most extensive range of PTFE-fabric process convey-
or belts worldwide. Supported by in-house design, weaving,
coating, lamination and fabrication, these advanced perform-
ance belts have been specifically engineered to meet the chal-
lenges of rapidly changing industries where increased produc-

PTFE-fabrics and conveyor belt fabrication, including brands
such as TYGAFLOR and CHEMFAB, as well as a commitment to
continuous improvement and innovation, SGPPL is your ideal

SGPPL belting materials are primarily based on either woven
fibreglass or aramid fabrics that are PTFE-coated or laminated
with multi-layer cast PTFE-films. Each style has distinctive char-
acteristics that are specifically configured for maximum per-
formance. With an extensive selection of woven fabrics in
smooth, textured, open and closed mesh structures and a range
of surface finishes including smooth, extra-smooth, anti-static
and laminated crackfree films. The process belting fabrics refer-

CHEMFAB. Belts
CHEMFAB PTFE-coated glass fabrics offers the widest selection of materials
and are the standard for most applications given their suitability for con-
tinuous use at temperatures up to 260 °C as well as their compatibility with
most heating system including infrared, ultra-violet and radio frequency.
Typical industries include Packaging, Abrasives, Apparel, Floor coverings,
Food and Confectionery, Furniture, Polymer Processing, Screen-Printing &
Textiles.
TCK. Belts
TCK PTFE-coated aramid fabrics exhibit the same outstanding characteris-
tics as CHEMFAB belts and, in addition, offer greater mechanical strength,
superior resistance to wear from flexing and abrasion as well as improved
performance in water and steam environments. More suitable for use at
extremely low temperatures, TCK belts have a maximum operating temper-
ature of 220 °C. Typical industries are Food, Confectionery, Apparel and
Textiles.
CHEMLAM. Belts
CHEMLAM PTFE-laminated belts comprise PTFE-coated glasscloth sub-
strates that are laminated with a multi-layer cast PTFE film. CHEMLAM
belts offer a superior barrier to oils, fats and other aggressive media. They
are easily cleaned and also exhibit more durable release properties. Typical
industries include Food, Confectionery and Apparel.
